ABSTRACT
The paper described the periodic progress of public hospitals reform in Anhui province,and analyzed the difficulties encountered,proposing measures and recommendations.These include reasonable adjustment of medicine prices for betterment of public hospital compensation mechanism; toplevel design in supportive measures of county-level public hospital reform; breakthrough of existing personnel system to ease shortage of medical staff in primary institutions; encouragement of diversified investment in medical sector to invite private resources into public hospital reform.

Objective To investigate the correlation between social support and psychological health status of paid blood donors infected with HIV to implement psychological intervention in these people.Methods Sixty individuals responded to questionnaires using self-designed questionnaire,SCL-90 and questionnaires on quantity social support.Results Compared with the national norm,the scores of somatization,obsessive compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety and psychoticism of the paid blood donors infected with HIV were significantly higher(P

Because of the information dissymmetry In the relationship between medical care providers and patients,patients are induction to adverse selection,and moral hazard behaviors are produced.Reasons for the information dissymmetry in the relationship between medical care providers were explored, and the main problems were expatiated in ethics opinion,some feasible suggestions were brought forward.
